Compiling does not compile properly living blank pages

• I compile Paperback 6 x9 in PDF

Actual
when compiling some duplicated folder and content do not show up or black pages in the compiled PDF

Expected
when compiling some duplicated folder and content do show up included in the PDF

It’s difficult to figure out what, precisely, is missing … until I compile to the Mac and compare it to a Windows compile (at my machine in both cases). The Windows version definitely leaves out a lot of text.
