Compiling for Kindle: Block Quotes indenting

Hello all,
I will try to be brief.

I have loaded up the book files and I click “unclick” override texts and formatting. This works great to keep my first paragraph of chapter and after headings from indenting, but the conversion nevertheless indents the first line of a block quote and removes its indenting. I want all to remain as I see it in the scrivener document. Any clue why it is overriding my formatting on the block quotes?

All the blocks are manual (inserted from a copy and paste from indesign).

Any help would be great.

Hey krm,

I’m having a similar issue when compiling to PDF. However, I’m using Scrivener’s preset Book Quote formatting. I’ve done everything you did and it holds the formatting only if I retain the font settings from Scrivener composition. This novel is 300+ pages with at least 20 book quotes. Going into every page section and changing the font is a big job. There must be a better way.

Anyone?
