I’ve noticed that when I compile to an OpenOffice Writer document (.odt), I get a strange text replacement. Every time Scrivener encounters the words “replaced with”, it gets compiled as “withd” .
It’s not the end of the world but in a 300,000 word manuscript it is rather irritating.
What happens when you compile to some other format?
This is almost certainly an accidental line in your compile replacements, unrelated to the format. In File > Compile, click “Replacements”, then select the miscreant row in the table there and click the “-” button to delete it. If you don’t see it listed under the “Project Replacements” tab, switch to the “Preset Replacements” at the top.
