Copy as BBCode TAGS don't match target BBCODE editor

Pasting The Copy Special --Copy as BBCODE from scrivener doesn’t match the BBCODE of the editor I’m using to paste into. all the BBCODE tags are different. any solutions to this nightmare of there being different tags all over the place that mean the same thing.

Please don’t tell me that Scrivener BBCODE just works fantasic on this forum page. I would like to know if there is a converter out there that will take the SCRIVENER generated BBCODE and convert it to BBCODE that my editor takes.

Are you sure that the forum you are using is really using BBCode? The specification for that is fairly standard. Some board software will have extensions that others don’t have, but the basics, like [b] for bold and such, should be the same.
