Copy Document Reference

I was sure I once saw a quick way to copy a Document Reference from one document to another (i.e., share them). Remind me? Or tell me I’m imagining things as usual???

Also, am I missing how to do an exact phrase search in Support? I.e. “Copy Reference” returns anything with both “Copy” and “Reference” but not the phrase.

From page 245 of the user manual…

Clicking the header bar of the references area will bring up a pop-up menu from which you can select “Document References” or “Project References”. As with notes, document references are attached to the current document whereas project notes are global and remain the same no matter which document you are viewing.

Sounds as though document references can’t be shared.
