I have a Scrivener project I created on my iPad which is saved locally. I’d like to transfer it to Drop Box so I can edit it on my Mac. I have tried dragging and dropping the file, but I got an error and a file Dropbox keeps trying to sync but can’t. Any ideas of how I can do this without having to restart the whole project?
L&L have posted a comprehensive iOS/Dropbox setup and problem solving article on here.
(It’s 11.40pm and I can’t be bothered looking and posting the link - do a search.)
Yes I read this first Quick Troubleshooting for iOS Syncing / iOS / Knowledge Base - Literature and Latte Support but am still getting a corrupt file
Where are you getting the corrupt file? In what way is it corrupt (e.g. "no scrivproj file found:)?
If it’s on your Mac, have you set the Dropbox/Scrivener/ folder on your Mac to be always available offline?

To get a project from your iPad to your Mac without using Dropbox, follow one of the suggestions here:

The most common Dropbox issue that we see is discussed here:

If that’s not what you’re seeing, could you explain what’s happening in more detail, please?
thank you - that has sorted out the problem
