Whenever I close the project I am working on, the Create New Scrivener Project window opens. This happens every time I use Scrivener. If this isn’t a bug, it is annoying 
I am running Windows Vista, SP2.
Not a “Bug”, per se, but indeed not standard Windows behaviour.
