ctrl-K bug. (1.8.0.0)

select a folder with several documents in.
view as document.
go to the end.
do a ctrl-k to split that last one. eg, A-7

stare in wonder as you get:
A-7
A-9
A-8

And the text, "i is still not capitalised.
