Cursor broken in RC12

Since Release Candidate 2.9.9.12, I noticed the cursor bar is not the height of the text any more.
It blinks leaving a part of the vertical line stand. This can be the top or the bottom of the cursor.
The complete cursor seems to fill the height of the space between the lines, the incomplete cursor the x-height of the text.

It looks like a minor issue, but it’s very distracting when you notice it every time it happens. :confused:

This issue is still present in Version:3.0.0.0 (1238528) 64-bit - 23 mrt 2021. It complicates dragging and dropping text, because you can’t see the insertion point good enough. Hope a fix is possible.
