Custom Icons will not take on the color of the label (Windows Version)

I have added custom icons. I made sure the background was transparent and the icon is only a single color. But when I add the icon to the Binder folder/text, it never changes color to the appropriate label color.

Is there some specific way I must save the custom icon files so that they conform to the label color? The included icons work fine with the color-coded labels.

Same issue. I’ve tried white and transparent backgrounds for my custom icons. I’ve imported the native .png and .gif (scrivener converts to .png) formats and neither resulted in the icons tinting based on the label color.
