Customizing Format Bar

I’ve just brought a Mac and the first application I installed was Scrivener (2.6)! Why did I wait so long

On my Windows version (1.8.0.0), I have the ability to customize the format bar and have added Strikethrough to Bold, Italics and Underline.

Am I able to make the same customizations in the OS X version?

Strikethrough has SHIFT CMD _ as a keyboard shortcut, if that helps.
