Dark Mode in Catalina &

I use Catalina at work in dark mode. Scrivener looks great !

However my Mac at home is older and only supports High Sierra. So no Dark mode.

Is there a theme I can use on High Sierra that makes it look like dark mode on Catalina ?.

Or at least close.
