Dog-Ear-ing Wrong

I have two text documents that used to have images. Those images are now gone (I didn’t intentionally remove them), but their document icons are still dog-eared.

I have another document to which I recently added an image, and the icon for that document is not dog-eared although the image is present.

The dog-ear indicates that the item has one or more snapshots. It isn’t affected by whether the item currently has content.

Ah, I see. Snapshots, not photos. :smiley:
