I would like to be able to have more control over the compiling feature. One thing really helpful would be the possibility of compiling a section in double column.
Is there a way of doing it presently, and of not could it be considered for the next scrivener version?

Hi Rita,
You can compile with double columns if you export to RTF - the option is available in the “Layout” section. For printing or PDF it would require me to write a full page and column layout engine, though, which would mean heading into word processor territory. I don’t rule it out for the future - for version 3.0 or 4.0, say - but it would be a massive job and so isn’t the sort of thing that can be added in a minor update.
