Drag & Drop within bulleted list messed up

Create a single-item bullet, say:

·bob said, hi y’all.

select “, hi” and select-drag to just after “bob”. A weird nested mess appears:

· bob
· , hi said y’all. (there’s an extra indent that does not show in this final post)
