Although it says my draft has synced with Dropbox it hasn’t.
There is no text in the top ‘Adopted Boy’ but it is in the second "Adopted Boy’.

How do you know it hasn’t synced? Where are you looking to check that?
A likely reason why nobody answers is that it is impossible to make an intelligent guess as to what happened with you delivering so little information. How should we know anything about your situation when you haven’t described anything at all?
And how did you create the two projects with the same name?
The “Adopted Boy” project in the “On My iPhone” section of the project list will not sync with Dropbox because you told it not to. Projects in that section are not synced by design.
Rename one of the two projects to avoid confusion, then move the second one to the “Dropbox” section.
