Not in the way “Collaborative” usually means.
Two or more can work on the same project, but just not at the same time.
Some people around here have come up with ways though. Like splitting the project, or establishing a protocol (a way to schedule) so that they don’t create conflicts etc.
But, again, “collaborative” in the strict sense – live –, like GoogleDocs for example, no.
