Duplicate documents does not duplicate groups


Finder certainly acts this way. If you duplicate a folder, it and all of its decendants come along for the ride.

Yes, this is intended behaviour, but that doesn’t mean that you don’t have a point. :slight_smile: I think you are right, copying children for groups too may be more “expected” behaviour, so I have added it to the list.

Incidentally, as far as folders having triangles next to them even when they are empty, Finder does the same so I chose to be consistent. It also means that you can add children to a folder when dragging with the alt-key held down, where you can’t with documents.
