How do I remove the compiled chapter and add as a normal text just above the section?

Your screenshots do not show which Section Layout is being used for chapter headings. They do show that whatever Layouts are selected in the screenshot are “unused.” So you could start by identifying the Layout that is actually driving the headings, and post a screenshot of that if you can’t figure it out.
