is it possible to export from Scapple to Cmap Tools and to import Cmap Tools Concept maps in Scapple?

Can CMAP export a text file with some kind of separation between notes? If you so you can just drop the file onto a board and have Scapple cut it up by separator automatically. I can’t think of a better approach than that, since the two programs contain different kinds of data (notably Scapple doesn’t have a concept of annotated connections).
