I made a compile format, tested, all working great, etc. Then I exported it for someone else to use (and have also verified the same thing happens when I do it).
The imported compile format has this text added to the Prefix tab of both the section tabs: <$Scr_Ps::0><$Scr_H::1>Attributes<!$Scr_H::1><!$Scr_Ps::0>
I opened the .scrformat file in VsCode and removed the general section in the XML which seems to have resolved the problem and still imports fine. But not sure what is causing that code to be introduced in the first place.
Did the original compile format come from the Mac? It is possible to use styles (these markers you see are style start and stop codes) in the Mac version but not the Windows version.
You can also just delete them in the software itself if you spot them, as the lack of support here causes them to become ordinary text.
Ok, it might have done, I use Windows, Mac and iOS. I did think I’d made it on Windows because I knew a Windows user would be importing it but I’d probably used the project cross-device before that.
Thanks then, I’ve sorted it by editing directly so will just keep that version for imports and maybe try remaking from scratch on Windows at some point.
