Fails to open?

I haven’t used my version of scrivener in several years but tried to start it today. It fails with a typical fail to open message. Any ideas? I’m running MAC os 11.6.8.
This is the dump I get in terminal (Ignore the “Virus-2” as that’s the name of my mac):
" Last login: Tue Sep 6 08:31:18 on ttys000

/Applications/Scrivener.app/Contents/MacOS/Scrivener ; exit;

The default interactive shell is now zsh.

To update your account to use zsh, please run chsh -s /bin/zsh.

Virus-2:~ GDrawdy$ /Applications/Scrivener.app/Contents/MacOS/Scrivener ; exit;

Segmentation fault: 11

Does “typical fail to open message” indicate you see this frequently? (I’ve never seen “Segmentation fault: 11” on macOS before. Until now, that is.)

What happens when you launch Scrivener via Launchpad, Spotlight, Dock, etc. (not Terminal)?

What version of Scrivener is installed? Have you updated the OS since you last used Scrivener? It might be a case of having to upgrade Scrivener if so.

Im running Scrivener 3.1.4.
Ive updated Mac os several times.
I launch scrivener from my dock or app window. Terminal automatically pops up to try and catch the error code.
Im stumped!

Update to 3.2.3 Scrivener.
