I would like to have the ability to determine which URL is invoked when I select the “Look up in Google Definitions.” I subscribe to the Merriam-Webster online dictionary; it would be nice to be able to invoke it from the “Writing Tools” menu.
It would also be nice to add new entries to this menu, such as name generators, the plot-meme Wiki, perhaps a thesaurus, and other reference tools. Leave some defaults in place, but provide for expansion and customization. I think that’s in accordance with the “toolkit” design goals of Scrivener.
