I suggest you coordinate your terminology:

Serial Number Name != Email Address
Serial Number != License Code

Also, I’m not sure what this means.

If I put it on another computer, I should deactivate it, then activate it again? Also, “Scappling” should be capitalized.

Finally, Scriv and Scap are the only apps on my computer that needed to be reactivated after upgrading to Catalina.

I think that message is recommending that you deactivate Scapple on the old computer, not that you activate, deactivate and then reactivate it on the new!
