Final Draft Formatting Issues

When I compile my screenplay from srcivener to final draft the scene headings are not properly spacing.

How do I go about fixing this?

Details of issue:

The scene headings are actually set as scene headings and not as action or dialogue or general

I even tried deleting the scene heading and retyping a new scene heading but its formatting is some how set to be tighter together than final drafts setting.

You mention that they are not compiling properly, does that mean that in the Scrivener editor they look fine, it’s just when you compile to FDX and open it in Final Draft that things do not look right? Also, what specific formatting are you referring to when you say it is “tighter together”—the leading?
