Footnote formatting in existing documents

Hi,

how can I change the footnote formatting of existing documents? The font is so tiny that it’s almost unreadable, even in 18p size.

[I tried to attach a screenshot, but I am not yet allowed to.]

Try Settings > Editing > Formatting. At the bottom are the options for Footnotes.

Thanks a lot. This doesn’t affect how footnotes appear on the screen. 16p is still far to small to read. Besides, in the exported PDF the font size is correct.

Select the notes, right-click, and use the Zoom command. You can also right-click in the background area of the footnote pane.
