Hi, all, hope you are well. Thank you for update, has been fine: until today 
Today tried using footnotes for the first time. Since, after clicking Format > Footnote then either pasting or typing footnote text, when I use the right hand scroll bar, Scrivener crashes.
When I open Scrivener again, even though I have ‘show start panel when no projects are open’ unticked and ‘reopen projects that were open on quit’ ticked, it doesn’t open on the project I’m currently working on. When I do open current project, the last place I was working is lost.
And now I cannot close the start panel.
Have tried restarting Scrivener and PC without luck.
If this isn’t a bug, I apologise in advance.
