Foreign Language Dictionary

Hello all,

I have started using my Scrivener program to make two tailor-made foreign language dictionaries. Each project is for one language (in my case, German and French), and each has 26 documents for each letter of the alphabet. In the course of reading and speaking, as I come across new words, I enter them in–I just drop them in each letter, in alphabetical order–then when I am reading the same material I can find exactly the same word quickly without hunting through a dictionary, and when I’m in a conference or discussion and need to check fast I can look again. The same words tend to keep cropping up in each area, so it’s a very convenient way to group the specific vocabulary in one place; plus very easy to switch between letters.

That’s definitely an interesting and novel way of using the program - thanks for posting!
All the best,
