Greetings, hope you can help.
My novel has a couple lists in one of the chapters. When I compiled it as a Word Doc, the lists got messed up.
Here’s how it should look:
My car is:
a. Transportation.
b. About a year old—I enjoy driving but don’t think about it.
c. History. After that last DWI, I got my license suspended.
Here’s how it looks in Word:

d.
e. History. After that last DWI, I got my license suspended.
My manuscript is also riddled with #.
When I compiled, the font was 24, but it ended up on Word in 12 point. It was also double spaced.
So these are details I probably should have taken care of beforehand.
Is that my problem here?
Will that also be a problem later, because I distinguish between emails and narrative by single-spacing the emails in the book. There are many of them.
Thank you in advance. This was my first time compiling, although I did it 10 years ago. I’ve done the tutorials and spent a lot of time learning Scrivener BUT I had an old, very old version and just got the new one.
Thanks again!
