Formatting text in tables causes dupe text, new row in table

Scrivener for Mac has a nasty problem with formatting text in tables. I made a new style that would be left justified and have 6pt of after-paragraph spacing. I then tried to apply that formatting to all the text (2 paragraphs) in the first cell in the table. It duplicated the cell and made it a new row in the table with only one column instead of the two in my table.

The trouble here is that the preset takes the table formatting with it, so it won’t apply to tables very well. I’ll look to see if there’s anything I can do to improve this, but the trouble with OS X text system tables is that the cells are actually part of the paragraph formatting, so a preset with different cell formatting in it could mess up a table cell, if that makes sense.

All the best,
