The forums web page does not allow the posting of new topics from within the Safari browser. The problem is that the “Create Topic” button at the bottom of the new topic form does not appear and can not be clicked on. Also, when scrolling the web page, the behavior is inconsistent with expected behavior (the background scrolls but not the frame that contains the post editing fields and buttons). MacBook Pro (2017 15" and 2019 16", both running latest Sonoma).
I’m not experiencing the issue mentioned (just providing a data point to try to help identify the issue).
I’m running Safari 17.2.1 on Monterey/12.7.2.
