Frequently have to re-enter license information

Every so often (maybe every 3rd or 4th time starting up Scrivener) am asked to re-enter my license information. I find it rather annoying. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? :wink:

P.S.: I am running version: 1.9.16.0 - 14 Nov 2019 on Windows 10.

Email windows.support@literatureandlatte.com and they will give a few things to try that should fix it.
