Why are there three options under “Front Matter” in the general non-fiction template? One for manuscript. another for epub, a third for paperback. How should these be used, given that the text should be the same in each?
That is, I’ve seen recently that copyright and cataloguing info is now often found on the last page, following the main matter. So this might change. But a half-title, epigraph, dedication, preface and introduction shouldn’t change from format to format.
