In Scrivener compile, add a check box that converts all straight quotes to the quote of the template font.
I’m not following this request—there is no “template font” in Scrivener, what feature are you referring to, by its menu or window name? Generally speaking, any form of font family application (such as used in the Quick Font Override compile pane) should also impact quotes (just like any other character in the text).
