Is there any consideration for an app or extension of Scrivener for Google Chrome?
We’ve been discussing this for a while in a thread called “On line Version”
See https://forum.literatureandlatte.com/t/on-line-version/4081/1
Chrome apps or extensions access browser programs, like SimpleNote or EverNote.
So we’d first need an online Scrivener, and as kewms recently posted, that would be tough.
At the moment, I use Chrome for research, notes, and writing short drafts.
My extensions save docs to iCloud, DevonThink, Papers, SimpleNote, and Google Drive.
The best writing app for me so far is Google Docs, because it creates RTF files.
A Scrivener-like app is Scriptito, which I’ve described in that other thread.
My Christmas wish is that we don’t promote copycat software on these forums.
Add to my wish list, I just purchased a chrombook today so that I could have more features than my reMarkable tablet, only to remember this app does not support chrome as of yet, so yea, wish list for me to.
I will keep track of my changes through google doc and copy/paste into scrivener, i just like the use of chromebooks and would love to have an extension to say grammarly or something of the like.
Just adding this to this old thread so not to make a repeat of the same request on a different thread.
