New (in Beta) browser based on ungoogled-chromium: Helium Browser
uBlock Origin baked in. Seem to be simple, snappy and lighter on system resources than other Chrome-based browsers. No syncing: everything is local.
I’ll be trying this for a while for those times when I need a Google-friendly browser (i.e., when I need Meet or juggle playlists and such in YouTube.) This might replace Vivaldi for those instances.

There’s an amazing amount of new browsers out there at the minute. Feels like the old days of the internet when browser competition was fierce. I’d never heard of Helium, yet another one to add to the growing list!
At the minute, I prefer to stick to browsers forked from Firefox. Waterfox is my current fave. Although Zen is pretty nice (and very similar to the Chromium browser, Arc).

Competition is good. I hope we’ll see more browsers not based on Blink (Chromium) or Gecko (Firefox). WebKit really needs more attention to motivate the Safari devs. Maybe even something entirely different.

If you want an alternative WebKit browser, try iCab. I really like it (apart from no integration with 1Password).
As for Zen, not bad, but it just created a window on 1Password, rather than true integration, so I’ve removed it.

I like iCab. It isn’t my primary browser, but I sometimes switch to it when Safari misbehaves.
