Help me get epub text justified and the correct indentation

This thread goes into a lot of detail, but the short and simple answer as to why you may not be seeing justification is right here.

Duplicate and Edit your Ebook compile format.

Select Text Layout

Uncheck all of the boxes under the headings: Remove first line indents.

Then save and re-compile your Ebook.
