I’ve just installed Scrivener (great!) and have started the Interactive Tutorial.
Now, every time I enter Scrivener from my Start Menu it goes straight to that tutorial - but how can I get out of that tutorial and return to the program itself?

The tutorial itself is a project loaded in the program. To open or make a new project, click File > New Project. If you’d rather Scrivener not load the prior project by default, try Tools > Options > General and uncheck “Reopen projects that were open on quit.”

What JJ said, and I find it most useful to tick the box ‘Show start panel when there are no projects open’ (same menu as JJ mentioned)
This gives you the flexibility to start a new project or pick an existing one to work on.
