Greetings Friends: I have an odd question: is there a way to “control” highlighting, say, in a manuscript so that if it’s defaulted to double-spaced, there is no highlighting color in the blank space between the lines? Does this make sense? I realize this can be done in Word. I wasn’t sure if it’s even possible in Scriv 3. I’m enjoying the new Windows version.
Interesting that it works that way. I never noticed it.
Does Scrivener let you define a text background color? That should let you simulate a highlight based on the text height and not the line spacing.
Many thanks for your prompt response. I’m not sure. I’ll need to experiment a bit with your idea. Thanks again.
