Hello! My name is Karen although I’m using Steampunk Scribbler as my handle, since I’ve used it for two NaNos (2011 and 2012).
I have one magazine article published and several encyclopedia entries, plus many more in the pipeline. I’m editing my first novel and hope to start looking for an agent pretty soon. And I’m also a graduate history student, so I’ll be writing my master’s thesis starting in January 2014.
I used Scrivener for my 2011 NaNo novel but I haven’t found my way around all of the features yet. I just bought Jennifer Kettell’s Scrivener: Absolute Beginner’s Guide so I’m procrastinating from working on my encyclopedia articles so I can change font colors and waste time.
