How can I use PDF files imported in Research in the Editor?

I have imported a whole bunch of PDF documents in the Research folder. I need to use this material in the Editor as part of a book. Is there any way I can copy/import (?) text into my chapters? Many thanks!

As to the question, if you draw a box around the text you wish to copy, you should be able to use copy and paste at that point to extract the text. If you cannot, the PDF itself may not be making its text available (or even contain text, if it is a scan of a printed page).
