How do I find my license number?

Please forgive me if I am writing this in the wrong place.

I recently purchased a new MacBook but had Scrivener on my old Windows laptop. When I reset the laptop I lost my license number and any emails associated with Literature & Latte. I understand there may be a discount on Scrivener for MacOS if I’ve had Windows before, so how do I find my license number to enter into the prompt when asked for it? Thanks in advance.
