How do I set up Dropbox to sync between Windows Scriv & iPad Scriv

Hello apple/mac Scrivener community!

I hope this is the right place to put this, as I am new to iAnything. I recently (as in just before Thanksgiving, last month, in the US) received an iPad Air M2 for my 30 year work anniversary present.

Up until this point I have been a Windows/Android user, as iAnything was too expensive. I have the original Windows version of Scrivener on my computer, with several projects in various states of progress. I saw that the Mac/iOS versions of Scrivener can sync using DropBox.

I was wondering if I can do the same between my Windows version and my newly acquired iOS (iPadOS? Is there a difference?) version. If this is there an article or a YouTube video that can walk me through setting this up?

For compatibility with iOS Scrivener, you will need Windows Scrivener 1.9.5 or newer.
