How do I use a google docs template?

I found what I think is a template for a business letter template for scrivener. I am new to all of this, so I am not sure hot to make use of this. I got it through a link on a forbes web page. Export from Google Docs to RTF. Import the RTF file into Scrivener. Consult Scrivener’s documentation to turn it into a Document Template.

Scrivener’s not really a great tool for business letters, though.
