Is there a way to print index cards and include “Document Notes?”

You can’t print the document notes on index cards (this is just for printing synopses, as shown on the corkboard), but you can set which elements to include in compile by going to the Formatting section of Compile. So you might set up compile to just include Titles, Synopses and Document notes by checking those columns, and leaving the others blank.
