I recently moved and got a new desktop, so I needed to reinstall Scrivener on it, but it didn’t accept my activation key. I then found out it was most likely because I installed the wrong version. I think I might know which version I’ve been using, but how do I check on my old PC what version I have installed to make sure? I’ve looked online for the answer, but I can only find how you do it on Mac, but I’m using Windows.
Like all Windows Apps/Programs/Programmes: Help > About.
BTW, a Scrivener for Mac licence won’t work on Windows, in case that’s what you’re attempting. With Scrivener, they’re separate licences since they were written using different underlying development infrastructures.
