How to export a book with parts in single file

I have a book with parts: Prologue - 2009 - 2010 - Epilogue - Endpapers -Teaser. When I export to any format - rtf, doc, html etc - I get a folder with four subfolders, with contain folders for each chapter, with a separate file for each scene.

What I need is a single file with everything. I have been playing around with export all day and have not found a way to generate one.
