It’s almost unreadable a light italic font and a blue tinted background.
How to fix?
The color may be pink. I am color blind.

The light italic font indicates that this is an auto-generated title, rather than one you created yourself. You can change the base font – Settings → Appearance → Binder → Fonts – but you can’t change the differentiation between titles you defined and auto-generated titles.

On the other hand you can change the binder background to something that works better for you, maybe even setting it to white would be acceptable, and effectively increase contrast overall. The setting for that is found in the Appearance: Binder: Colors preference tab.
