How to I add a custom bullet / list style?

I would like to add my own bullet / list style, basically use a shape or symbol that’s not already on the available list. How do I go about adding that to Scrivener 3?

This is what I see when I click on Custom List… (from menu bar) or Other (from format bar

I can choose different kinds of bullet shapes/symbols or numbered lists, But I can’t create my own?

Appreciate more pointers if I’m wrong. Thank you.

List functionality is the same as in TextEdit. Can’t be further customised beyond what is offered.

You could fudge a list with tabs and any character, image, or emoji you want, but it wouldn’t be a real list and it would probably cause problems during compile, dependent on the compiled format.
