How to stop the automatic correction

Hi there,

the programm “thinks” i am writing in english but i am writing in italian and anyway at this acutal point i prefer not to see corrections.
How to stop them?

In Scrivener, go to File -> Options -> Corrections. Under the “Spelling” tab on the left, you can uncheck “Check spelling while you type.” You can also review other autocorrect options while you’re there.

To adjust the Dictionary language (so Scrivener checks for Italian and not English):

  1. Launch Scrivener
  2. Go to File → Options → Corrections → Spelling
  3. Click the “Download” button next to the Dictionary language box
  4. Select your language of choice and click “Download.”
  5. Click “Close” when the download has completed.
  6. Click “Select” and click on the language dictionary you would like to use.
  7. Click “Okay.”
